Why didn't I get a response from my parts info request? It has been a couple of weeks now. Just curious?

I also have been waiting for 5? days? I figured the holidays or the ongoing server problems were what caused the delay.

With the server problems and what not, perhaps try sending your request again, possibly it got lost in cyberspace. My last request (last week) was answered promptly, and I am placing my order next.
