I placed my order in the shopping cart the other day, when I went to checkout today, the cart was empty. Why weren't my selections in the cart today? Wouldn't it be easier to keep items in the cart for a few days, or is this a security feature of the system?
Thanks.

Hey, when you buy at a bricks and mortar store you don't keep your merchandise in the cart do you?? jk
You can always check the status of your order by going to the PartsShop Lobby, click on PartsShop Shopping Cart and then click on Account. Enter your PartsShop Login ID and password that you used when you placed your order. Your order status, order details and tracking info is all there.
