Jeez Bill, I only ordered these parts yesterday, before noon. There was a nice big box waiting patiently at my doorstep when I got home from work today. Couldn't have been much over 24 hours from "send order" to delivery.

Believe it or not, those parts were hand delivered! UPS never touched them. You live close to one of our distribution centers and the parts on this order were sourced from there.

We still owe you 2 O-Rings that were special ordered from Mercedes-Benz.
