Was just tracking my package, which was shipped out promply by you guys here at MBshop.

UPS Has not delivered it because "they need directions"

Haven't they heard of street atlas software? A Thomas Guide, Mapquest.com, maps.com or any of the other map sites?

They have never had problems delivering stuff to me before. Must be a new guy working there.

They even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pick it up. I had to tell them if I had time to pick it up I would, but since I am a busy person, I don't have that kind of time, and why should I be inconvienienced by having to pick up a package that is to be delivered.

Its not like I am going to get around to using the parts until sunday anyway, but its still the principal of it.

I had to call them to give them directions for my house, which is on a major Street that is also one of the major veins to the san fernando valley.

What a bunch of Morons.

how hard can it be to look it up?

Don't worry though, I should have the parts by tomorrow finally, and It was of no fault of MBshop. UPS just needs to start hiring people with more common sense.

But enough about my venting.

Keep up the good work On the partsshops here.

I won't hold UPS's mistakes and idiocy against you bill. hehe

Alon

So now they just called me to get directions again..., and I had to explain it to them again. Its really not that hard to get to my house, thousands of cars drive by my house every day. Its not like its up in the hills on streets most people have not heard of, nearly everyone in LA knows the name of my street, its that major of a vein to the valley.

This time the person said they didn't even know where the package is. Apparently it must be on one of the many trucks driving around LA right now or something.

Geez, UPS is going to be getting a complaint from me if I don't get it by tomorrow.

UPS ground shipping generally takes 5 days, and the item is in my city as of yeasterday morning, so essentially they are over 24 hours late so far. (I don't count saturday/sunday as days for the shipping)

The order was shipped on the 21st, now its march 1st. Geez, What is up with UPS and their shipping, I've never had a package take this long. hell I've recieved packages from overseas in less time.

But anyway, Now I hope I get the package by tomorrow so I can do my brakes this weekend.

That's a pretty sad story. I cannot believe in this day of GPS that a company that makes its living delivering packages cannot find a residential address.

well it arrived on my doorstep this evening, so at least I didn't have to wait longer.

I chewed them out when they called me for a 3rd time to double check the directions I gave them.

I tore them a new one.

I'm documenting the package for you like you asked bill.

I'm going to snap pics of each and every part, from the closed box, to the opening, the packaging, and all.

While we're on the subject of UPS can someone please tell me why a company like this, that delivers packages to homes, opens at exactly 9am and closes promptly at 5pm? How do they expect to catch people at home?

Just a little venting

Federal Express will be using Mercedes Benz Sprint Vans soon. Go FedEx! Now if they could only work on their service...
