It's hard to tell because so far everything has taken MUCH longer than we ever dreamed. We are still shooting for late June - early July.

Lately, all the wet weather has been killing us.

Well, we've hit another snag...
The boundary of our property "may" be considered to contain a creek by the state soil & water folks. Up till now it was classified as "wet weather runoff". A recent inspection has raised doubts. All work has stopped until this is resolved.

Bill,
Does this have the possibility of preventing the shops construction permanently? Just what you needed huh?

No
Worst case, we will have to find another site.
We are lucky that we have not actually closed on this property yet. There is a potential $1,000/day fine that we certainly could not afford!
We should know a lot more next week about the outcome.
Best case, our opening will be delayed until early August.
