How to post pics right into the body of....

...the message.

I would like ot be able to post pics, right in the body of the message itself. The 65k size limitation means that pics come out very small (true thumbnails!).

I've seen other posters who post their pics into into the body of the message.

How do you do that?

Thanks

First the picture has to be on the internet somewhere.
Then you copy the link to the image and paste it into your thread.
Finally you put the text (all caps excludeing quotes) '' after it.

Ernesto, if you have some images on your own machine and wish to do the same thing, I've had some great success in using "image shack". You upload the photo and it remains there forever. You then use it in the same manner as Marty indicated.

The best part: NO COST.

Save-as JPEG and reduce quality.

I downloaded and installed -> irfanview. Had no luck resizing photos with it.

Tried the "image shack" approach and was told photo was too large.

At that point, I was advised to install -> Microsoft Image Resizer.

I did just that and in a blink resized 2 photos that were then easily included as thumbnails in a tech post I was trying to make.

I use XP home edition - do not know if this product works on Windows vrsns < XP. Anyway, here MS's URL for image resizer:
