Thanks,

Just wanted to convey my Thanks for another speedy delivery with the exact parts I needed to get the job done. A few suggestions as far as tools go, we all need them, especially the specialized ones like valve adjustment wrenches, drip tubes tester, chain crimper, etc. Is there anyway to find a reliable source that could provide them to part shop to sell to it's members, at a reasnable price? Anything that makes you all a one stop shopping experience would be a definite plus. Also wondering if diesel additives can be bought by the case at a reduced price. One bottle at a time almost makes fuel with the additive prohibitive to buy.

Thanks Again,

Charles

We have been sourcing the tools you mentioned directly from Mercedes. The only problem is that they are expensive. We would like to find a more cost effective source.

On the additives...
We will work on the case pricing with our suppliers and see what can be done.

Thanks Bill, I appreciate your help

Greetings Bill,

Just wanted to convey my Thanks once again to the job your parts shop is doing to keep our cars in proper working order by providing a great source for replacement parts. Perhaps a rental program may be an alternative to purchase for special tools, and of course a deposit to ensure you get it back in the same condition it was sent out in, minus the oil of course.

Thanks,

Charles
