Whenever I get emailed that there is a response to a thread I posted in, it always directs me to the first page. Is there a way to get it to direct you to the first page? Has anyone else suggested this?
I just hate having the page load, then pressing page 2, or 3, or whatever. No big deal really, just a thought.

I think this is a marvellous idea.

David - how did the gathering of proud MB owners go?

Ymsin,
We actually meet today, so I will let you know then!
But YMSin, the Wurth sheets worked so well!! I was able to get 4 1/2 of the 6 sheets slapped onto the door panel. NOw the door feels even heavier and more solid than the rest! But it sounds so good. I am very happy! Thanks for the referral! BTW, I had to pay USD40.00 for a set of 6 sheets. Did you buy them individually?

How many sheets did you slap in one single door???

BTW: David, do you still get e-mail notification? Since you are a frequently visiting member who reads through all the new posts, I thought you might have turned off the e-mail notification. I myself got tired of all the Shop Manager mails I got in my inbox...

greetingz,

Bill,
Lets say there is a post that I posted in, and there are now 25 posts in that same thread. So now there are 2 pages for that same thread. I check my e-mail to see if anyone has replied to that thread, they have, I copy and paste link, but it leads me to the first page of the thread, and I want to go to the 2nd page of the thread. Understand now? Sorry if I was a little confusing.

MBenz, I like the notification, it's just easier to go directly to my previous posts, and then explore the site. Well, for me anyways.

Oh!
I understand....
You would like to go to the last page instead of the first page. Hmmm, that would certainly require a hack of the Shop Forum code. Honestly I don't think I will find time to work on that. There are too many hotter items on my plate right now. I'll keep it in mind though.

David - I needed approx. 5 boxes of 'em. Tney "sound" good? Well - they shouldn't sound at all ...

Glad you like the heavier doors, AND the firmer "thud".
