Bill,

Out of curiosity, what do you think a good procedure would be for following up on parts shop requests? Wait "X" number of days, followed by an email, or another request?

We try to answer each request within 1 business day. Sometimes the request involves special tools or dealer-only items that require more research.

If you don't hear something by 2 business days, send me an e-mail so I can check the status of your inquiry.
