Hard to Navigate
I find this site difficult to find the answers that I need ,,,, dont know if its too many posters ,, or what ( not that that is a bad thing ) ,,,
I dont know what the solution is ,, some type of streamlining maybe |

yes,,, when I first got here ,, searched for what I wanted ,, now , its for info ,,, finding the do's and dont's ,, possible problems and such. So I check daily ,, read the new posts that I am concerned about . But there is SOOOOOooo much out there new every hour ,,,,

I agree ,, more info the better
I jsut bought my very first MB ,, going to convert it to veggie oil useing a 2 tank system ,,, came to this forum for info and insights ,,, found both ,,, but for a "newbie" ,, seems a little overwelming |

I agree.
It takes quite a bit of time to become "comfortable" with finding the one specific bit of information that you need from this site. Generally, seeking it out via perusing threads is not going to be successful. Additionally, the search function is extremely limited in it's capabilites because of the fact that it can only search individual words. If you're looking for "vacuum modulator", you'll get very single post that has the word "vacuum" or the word "modulator". It makes for quite a bit of work to find what you need. Google, however, is the anwer to your dilemma. You can search a specific phrase, such as "vacuum modulator" and you'll get all the posts that contain both words. You can restrict the domain to "Mercedesshop.com". I use Google exclusively as the search engine and it shortens the time dramatically. |
