I was looking at a website yesterday that is somewhat similar to ours in that they have a great message board and lots of loyal members. Instead of Mercedes or cars the subject matter was cartoons or "anime". They use PayPal donations to pay for their site. You can simply click the $5, $10, $20 or $100 PayPal button and contribute to the site. Pretty simple!
I suppose we could do something like that but, for now we are looking at our PartsShop and FastLane sales to fund the site. Everyone needs parts for their Mercedes at some point even if only filters or brake pads. If we can offer good prices and high quality AND fund our website that seems like a win for everyone.
As always, we're open to feedback.
