Emailing Phil about fallen engine mount?

I tried to email you but i haven't gotten an answer. I'll just post here because its easier for me and you can respond here.

I bought a set of engine mounts, enging shocks and bushing from you about 2 months ago. Put everything in and all seemed fine until the mechanic, who replaced my trans, told me that it has compressed to where the arm of the mount touches the subframe. Basically it looks as though it has failed. Of course I have some oil leaks but shouldn't the mounts last longer than this time period? The engine shock also blew out because of the bad mount. Please let me know your advice because I need to go through this 'fun' project again soon.

I believe they are fabo/bilstein.

Here is my email

californiaih@hotmail.com

thanks
rick
