I'd like to use parts shop, but I don't know any part numbers... I have a black book from my car with exploded drawings of most of the car with reference numbers, do they translate to part numbers? Is there a source for part number information?

Thanks!

Michael

Check out the Fastlane section of this site and there you can enter OE MB numbers in part search or use the on line catalog to look up the parts. You can always call phil at the 888 number up top if you need help in placing the order.

Is it possible to list the OEM part number next to each part in the catalog instead of the FastLane # that you guys assign to the part like W1000-24095 etc..?

Would be nice to know the part numbers associated with each part.

For instance, if I know a part # (124-690-03-62) but don't know the exact part name (door moulding or door panel moulding??) I can't do a search for the part.

Regards,

Paul

Paul-
If you input the part number into the FastLane search field it will give you the description...unless it is a part we do not stock.

Bill:

Thanks for your reply, you do a wonderful and admirable job on this website. Any chance you could identify and provide me with a part # for this part please? ;-)

This is the chrome strip on driver's door of a '91 300E.

Thanks!

Paul

PS I will remove image after reply as to not take up space.

Picture Pages

Hello Michael,
Yes, the picture pages relate to the Electronic Parts from Mercedes. I think the best way to get together on this is to let me know what you need. Always, if possible, supply the Vehicle ID number.

Mon-Fri watts line 1-888-333-4642

Thank you,
partsman
