Firefox 3 / 3.5 Firefox 2 Exploder 7 Exploder 6 Exploder 8 Chrome Safari 4 Safari 3 Safari 2 (Every once in a blue moon I get a customer who still uses Nutscrape 4x or Opera, but it's as rare as seeing an MS Frontpage site that looks halfway decent) These ranks are determined on each browser's combined security, stability and rendering issues. Why? UNFORTUNATELY, most people build websites designed for IE and test Firefox as an afterthought. Safari rarely gets tested. MS Frontpage, Expressions, and Publisher (GAH!) websites render poorly in anything but IE if they render correctly at all. Visual studio (.NET) websites out of the box work poorly as well but are usually dealt with pre-launch. If this weren't the case, I'd rank Safari up and tied with Firefox. However, Firefox can deal with lousy "MS-HTML" better than Safari and Chrome. Now, those ranks having been said, would I PERSONALLY use IE above Safari? No. Never. The only time I use IE is "IE Tab" because sites just don't render properly in Firefox sometimes. I don't know if it's Adblock or another plugin but even http://dodge.com does not work in FF for me correctly. Since I have IE tab I don't care enough to see if it is just adblock, either.

I refuse to use the garbage that is IE, so cannot comment on how this site works in that browser.
