Thumbs up Fastlane Phil: thumbs up (again)!

Just a quick thanks to Phil for the fantastic service (again). I ordered several parts for my head gasket r&r, and 90% of the order arrived the DAY AFTER I ordered them (!). When I got around to looking the head gasket itself over before installation, I found a flaw. As soon as I contacted Phil about it, he reported that a replacement was on it's way along with a call tag to return the faulty one to him. So not only was the original shipping free (since my order was over $100), but return shipping on the bad gasket will be of no cost to me, too. Couldn't ask for better service. THAT, folks, is why I like dealing with Phil... and he provides this fantastic forum to boot!
