Wrist pin and bushing - 1984 190d OM601

I am having a very difficult time finding wrist pins and their respective bushings for an OM601 - 4 cylinder diesel.

Do they use the same application as the 602 and 603 na?

I have not had any luck contacting Phil due to scheduling; please excuse my repeated electronic requests.
