No "you have posted in this thread" arrow?
 
Not sure if I have a setting wrong, or if that's just the way it's set up- Makes it kinda hard to track where I've been, especially since I'm on about half a dozen forums.

There is no arrow that you refer to.

However, if you click on the "number of replies", you'll open up a new window that shows all who posted to the thread and how many posts each has made.
