What happened to the Edit button?

Hi, it looks like posts can no longer be edited after a certain period of time. Is it possible to roll this back? I have a few threads where I am maintaining registry information and I would edit my first post whenever new information was available. Eg:
Turbo Technics E320 parts list, installation, reviews
