This is a great site. Is it possible to let us know when MB posts service bulletins for our cars? This would be useful information and is often not shared by the dealers.

Although many of the techs in our site do have the info, I think we would get into trouble for posting MB info like that. I will tell people about it when it applies to the case at hand.

You can purchase Mb service informations from the dealer. They come in bound soft cover books grouped by year that the bulletin was issued. They are not that expensive.

Service Information bulletins are available to US customers through the dealers or the MBUSA Customer Assistance Center (1-800-367-6372). They are actually called "Service Information Manuals" and have been bound by year from 1987 through 1996. Ask for part number S-2634-0XX, where XX is the calendar year.
