Questions re Pelican Parts

Suppose that I receive a defective part from Pelican, will they accept a return on it? If so, will they pay for the return shipping?

Suppose that I installed the part - and this is how I learned that it was defective. I currently have a $500 part (xenon headlight ballast) that I purchased from Pelican, and I'm pretty certain that it's defective.

Pelican has asked me to swap the passenger/driver side balllasts to see if the problem follows the part. I agreed to do this. will swap them out tomorrow.
