Customer Service...
 
I was shipped an incorrect part and I called to try talk to someone who had enough knowledge to help me get the proper part the next time, but the person who answered the phone kept interrupting me before I could explain what I wanted and transfered me to a customer service person who could issue an RMA for the incorrect part, but couldnt answer my question about whether the part I needed would be in stock again later. So, I found what I wanted and ordered it elsewhere. I guess I should probably go back to limiting my purchases from here to only the OEM supplier parts that are available, otherwise other options seem to have worked out better for me.

I truly enjoy this forum and thank Pelican for funding the cost.

Who ever signs the funding check needs to call the toll free and try to order some MB parts. If you can get that sorted out next comes the fun of dealing with shipping.

My worst was online having $16.50 come up for about $6 worth of parts. When I called it was more like ''lets make a deal''. I stopped her at $9 and told her many others would ship for about $3 which I proved from a different vendor.
