i wish we had more real answers from techs please

I understand your frustration, but remember, the techs are volunteering their time at no cost to us. I appreciate the fact that we have as many actively posting techs as we do. Besides, I find that a number of the non-tech posters here still know a lot more about these cars than I do, and still can help.

I know you were just offering feedback, didn't mean to get on your case.

We really appreciate the time the techs take to answer questions on MercedesShop.
The top 5 Techs who post are Benzmac, M.B.DOC, stevebfl, Gillybenztech and Aaron. These 5 Techs have nearly 16,500 posts on the boards. That's a lot for 5 people!

I always took the stance that if any of the non-techs answered an technical/repair question AND one of the real Techs added nothing or made any correction, that the response given was correct.

To the Techs who donate so much of their personal and free time: THANK YOU.
