'85 190 E stripped headlight adjusters

I know... wrong site ! Any ideas would be helpful-I could spin those plastic screws all day!
I'm wondering what others are running for tire press. ?
Thanks -Mel

When Saab used plastic adjuster screws, they would tend to corrode in place.
you may have to do some disassembly or make some nifty Cuban modifications. I would use a little "never-seize" on M to M areas.

Never seize (anti-seize) is vitally important during assembly of dissimilar metals(O2 sensors, glow plugs, contact surfaces subject to corrosion)
M to M (metal to metal) is to be avoided at all costs, useless it is supposed to be that way.
Cuban modifications, similar as jury rig, this invented by the islanders to help cope with no spare parts , not even duct tape, on their 50 years old American cars.
Gotta run
