In the midst of a brake rotor replacement on our ML320, the E-Brake brake shoe material literally fell out upon removal of the rear rotors

.

Although it was late in the day, I hopped onto FastLane, had a question RE correct parts, left a voicemail, and Phil returned my call within 20 minutes at the end of his long workday.

Order placed and will have parts ASAP. Very competative pricing and OUTSTANDING service.
