He's just teasing you, suggesting that you should be banned for either suggesting the moderators aren't good enough, or that you want to be a moderator at all.

I'd use the "contact webmaster" icon at the verry bottom of the screen to contact the Webmaster, Bill Wood, very nice guy. His call, he signs the checks around here.
