new soft top: with "bubbles"??

Just had a new soft top put in my 85 380SL.
Bought a Sonnedeck for $350 (Cabrioworld)and had someone do the work for another $350.
There's a few fabric "bubbles" in the front. Of course the guy that installed it said it wasnt "cut properly " at the factory.
Any thoughts on getting rid of these? Will it effect the integrity of the top if he unglues and reglues it?
Did he f*** up when he installed it?
If I dont do anything will it wear improperly?
Also everytime I fold it, even for an hour or so, the rear window develops pock marks.
