Not getting hot air in your 107? This may help.

Just a winter bump for those who may not know. The monovalve is a common, inexpensive and easily replaced component. Monovalve failure will leave you with no heat....not good this time of the year.

Hope this helps.

Where's the Monovalve on the 107?

Yes, a real easy job. I just changed the one on my 380SE. Took about 15 minutes. My SL gives plenty of heat so far.

Just a bump for this great post! I did this repair this weekend -- it was easy and worked very well -- less than 15 minutes. The part that I replaced did not appear damaged, but the replacement did the trick -- lovely heat now flows to the cabin!

Just fyi - ordered in January 2012 -- the part (Bosch) was about $41 from an Internet vendor (I checked Peachparts, but they were out of the part) -and free shipping if over $50, so I ordered a bottle of spray detailer that took me over that threshhold.

Thanks!
