I used to like Rob Deck at Caliber in Service. He went to their Phoenix office I was told. Anybody got anyone in Service there they recommend?

I ordered some stuff from Caliber recently and also discovered that Tom no longer works there. Still, they had my account and gave me the same discounts and service that I had received from Tom...so I will continue to purchase MB products from them.

My MB mechanic was with Caliber for several years and knows Ron well. His name is Mike, and he left Caliber to open his own shop, Exclusive Auto, in Yucaipa (909-794-1916). He has the finest training and educational background available, countless hours under the hood and a "feel" for Mercedes that one doesn't often see. I cannot praise his work highly enough. I've always been given extra attention without charge, very fair pricing with work performed quickly. I searched endlessly for a shop to be loyal to before finding him, and now would not consider letting anyone else touch my cars.
My highest recommendation!

There is no Phoenix office of Caliber - Chandler MB used to be owned by the same familty but has subsequently been divested.
