WANTED... SL 113 project

I need to scrap my current projects and focus on what I REALLY wanted..

a 113 SL.

I have a complete.. recently rebuilt 1971 EURO 280se 3.5 Sedan (grey market car.. with german paperwork) and a 72 350SL auto tranny (US Title). I'll "get rid" of these two to get a 113 project..

any leads?
