Rubber window trim 560SL

Has anyone removed and replaced the rubber window trim that against the "A " pillar on their 107. Mine is a little worn and I'd like to replace it.Problem is,I dont see any clips.screws, or any way to remove the original.Suggestions please!

The screws are hidden check under the rubber.
