Rear Bumper

It seems that the rear bumper on my dads 1996 SL600 has started top develop a sag. The middle is starting to sag down quite a bit. I was wondering is there is an adjustment screw to raise the middle portion of the bumper up. MY dad is worried about this, and I am looking for any info on how to fix this cosmetic issue.
