SL600 ADS control module (?)

The ADS light (in the dash) started coming on - at first intermittently, and then all the time. Reading the forums, it appeared that this was related to the steering angle sensor (codes were coming back from that) - so this was replaced, but at the same time it was found that the "ADS CONTROL MODULE" was leaking fluid (lots), so my indy says it needs replacing...

The big problem with replacing the unit is that I was quoted a price of $1240 - any clues on where to get a good used one (or a significanlty better price...)
