A learned lesson
For those once in a while no start situation, try your fuse first!!
If you turn the key on and all lights come on but engine doesn't crank, it may be worth while to wiggle those main fuses first. It happened to me today. I decided to take a look at the fuse box and all fuses look fine. They I started to wiggle each one to ensure proper contact. Car started right up after that.

If you haven't changed all your bullet style fuses from the original aluminum type to the better brass type, this is a good example of why you should.

Thanks for the tips guys. Uhm, I'll investigate the brass tipped fuses - I guess the elder ali has some electro mismatch with the holders elau? Good design?!
BTW - for my car this didn't solve the intermittent start issue and I blame the ignition starter, so new one goes in shortly once I've ordered the special ignition barrel removal tool Lea
