Engine Vacuum Tube

On my 1988 560sl I have noticed a very small vacuum tube that appears to be plastic has broken and i'm looking for a source to replace it. It runs from a switch on the front of the intake manifold that has three lines connected to it and it runs behind the power steering pump in the direction of the drivers side headlamp assembly. Didn't have time to trace and see where it leads. Have looked at a few sources thinking I may find it as a roll or length but I'm only finding the rubber vacuum hose which is larger. This tube connects to the switch by a rubber elbow that is pushed onto the switch...Thanks in advance for your help...

That "switch" is called a load enrichment switch for idle and WOT. I am currently replacing the one in my car. There was too, a broken vacuum line going in to that area. I ended up pulling the CIS fuel distributor assembly out to access this area. Course, I went even further and pulled the intake manifold to replace a leaky intake port donut gasket.

The vacuum lead that you are looking for probably heads to the EGR, or the throttle position sensor connector. Early 83's and prior had a vacuum switch in the firewall that a plastic line was connected to instead of a position sensor on the intake butterfly valve.
