Sometimes, the doors don't close when I press the button on the remote control

This is a new problem that I have on my SL320 from 1998...

When I press the button for closing the car, the blinkers ligth, but the doors still open... The lock of each door does not work (the latches do not go down).

I have checked the remote control, It works fine (the blikers indicate that the car has received the wave). I must ignite the engine again and after that, normally, the centralized lock system works fine...

Any idea???

Does the system still have vaccum? Try locking with the key in door and see if all the locks go down.

When I lock with the key in door, only this door lock goes down, the other lock (of the other door) still up, and also the back...

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak and thats why they don't move. There is an electric vacuum pump in the trunk near the battery, check the fuse.
