This will probably go fast.

I'd rather see it got to someone on this forum.

1983 Mercedes 380 SL with both tops (like new soft top). New double timing chain added, transmission recently rebuilt, new exhaust (plus extra front and rear mufflers), 130K on odometer. $5000/ best offer, or trade for similar value small pick up truck with extended cab. This won't last long, so hurry.

You're right, it did go fast. I just got back from buying it. I feel I got a nice car for a good price. Now I have to get rid of the two 300TE'S ASAP!

Unless it is using the carpets for backup floorboards, you stole this.

Yep, I think I did well. Very little bubble rust around the gas cap and none in the trunk or floorboards. About all it needs is some new wood around the shift console. I made him an offer and he accepted. I now have my 450SLC and two 300TE'S up for sale. Good cars if anyone is interested.

Yep, it's a bargain, hope it has the dual roll timing chain done, and it's in an excellent color for an SL. Good going!

That's cool you picked it up. I was tempted myself when I first saw it, but I'm kind of tall this model is just a little too cramped. I might be interesed in your TE btw.

The pics in the ad didn't do her justice. Just drove her home. What a great deal!
