Seat Back Slipping

Does anyone know how to adjust the friction on the seat back angle adjusting knob? My driver side seat inclines back after driving a while so that every day or so I need to twist the knob a turn or so to keep it up where I like it.

It sounds simple, but I can't seem to figure this one out...
