A/C Problem

I have a 91 500sl. With the a/c on, high speed button (4) or auto button pressed, cool air from my vents went from normal to slow to slower to slowest to none. Blower does not come on in any mode. Cool air only comes out when I'm driving at highway speeds. I suspect the blower motor requlator. I'm looking for guidance, direction, or recommended tech manuals on how to isolated the problem. Thanks in advance.
