new ride

My wife bought me a 2000 sl500 sport for my 55 birthday
I sold the 560sl
I hope the new one is as user friendly to work on as the 88 was
The car is black with tan interior with the amg wheels and body panels
bose's sound system and xeon lights
I guess your stock sport
I do like th ride love the power top
Who sells the cd for the repair and maintenance
Pictures will be coming

I loved the 560 and I did alot of work on it and I think the sl500 is pricey on parts but I do love the handlings and look
The top is nice , that was a big item for me cause I was alwasy in a hurry or to lazy to put it down manually
I guess it should be better with 12 years newer vechicle
I wish I had the cash to just keep the 560 also
But I am happy I can have one

I'll bet you will love the new SL. Mine has been pretty much trouble free, and the few items that did need attention, were easily replaced.

i ordered the cd
I need to replace air filter oil and plugs
It has 55,000 mile
like to get a new base line on pm's maintenance
The trans has synthec fluid
Did anyone change theirs yet?
Had to order a new spare key
The dealer is such a bargain Ha ha
