Seatbelt warning light and chime

My 95 SL came out of the car wash and ever since the seatbelt light will not go out when the motor is running. There is also some sort of warning chime that beeps for about a minute after either door in opened. This is not the usual seatbelt chime.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check to see any seatbelt pretension connector ( under driver and passenger seat) might come loose

Well, I tried to check for loose connectors under the seat but that's impossible without removing the seat. However, in the process of looking for disconnected connectors, moving both seats to the maximum travel in each direction (back and forth) cleared the buzzer and seatbelt light. Don't know how long it will last, hopefully something got reset.
