82 380SL Fuel Leak need part ID/Part number help

I have fuel hose with a pin hole leak and can't find a system diagram or part number so I can order the replacement part. The failed hose is the high pressure line from the exit of the fuel filter (right angle metal fitting swagged to a rubber fuel hose about 9" long with a straight metal swagged fitting at the other end that connects to the metal fuel line that goes forward to the front of the car). This is located in the right rear of the car and meets the fuel line just over the right half shaft.

Does anyone have a diagram with this hose pictured and the part number for it so I can search for a cost effective replacement?

Thanks in advance for the help.
