Pictures of windscrens stored in the trunks of Sl 500's lead me to believe that they are normally encased in a protective cover before they are strapped in, yet windscreens offered for sale rarely mention any case. If cases are the norm, are they model and interior color specific?

My 95 windscreen cover is colored the same as the trunk rug. It's placed upright in the cab side of the trunk in a spot made for it.

w/o Windscreen Cover
w/ new Windscreen in plastic
w/ Windscreen Cover color the same as the trunk lining.

You will need to go to your local MB Dealer with your VIN so that they can give you the right p/n that will match the color of your trunk lining.
