Switch openings in wood console

Need some advice, please:

I recently purchased a new wood paneling for my '93 600SL center console and I need to have some additional switch holes milled to accomodate my model. According to the MB DVD service manual, there is a locating mount kit, FO 2/129 and FO 3/129 that is used when milling the openings in the paneling. Does anyone know where these can be located or has anyone had this job performed by a shop somewhere in the US? Thanks for your input.

W J

Your local MB dealer service department has them. That's a damn expensive piece of wood, so find some one with experience as well as the tool.
