Not to be a smart-a##, but what do you want to pay? Hard to tell w/o pics, more info, a check ride, etc. Probably the best thing to do is look at e-bay to see what they're going for. Have it inspected. In Hawaii, they might be more expensive.

Who knows? How much are they asking?
Even if its only 40k, be sure to actually look at the dealer records. I would imagine most cars in Hawaii have lows miles simply because its not possible to take long road trips. All city miles.  I would still get a PPI and try to get the dealer to foot the bill, unless they have a bumper to bumper warranty.

i'm having trouble getting offers over $5 grand for my 90 300sl w/ 80k miles. blue book is no help. i agree that you should go by what they're bringing on fee-bay
