Are the molding grommets on the SL the same as other MB's?

I pulled the molding off my SLC prior to painting. On putting it back on, it seems as if the molding grommets (which are all new and the red type) seem too big for the clips.

Are there molding grommets which are specific to the SL's?

I'm at my final stages now :-)

On the side moulding, the "red berries" are common on cars of this vintage. The lower rocker trim panels use "White berries", and yes, they are pretty tight when new. Apparently, not so tight when old - I've seen a few SL's with the door moulding pieces missing (no doubt, after the screw/nut rusts off...).
