Good news for Blue/Blue 107's
I kind of like the 80's MB's with blue interiors, but blue, both as an exterior and interior color has been "out" recently. But, according to this link, 'blue is coming back! Maybe the economy?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27205020/ These predictions are interesting, because manufacturers put a lot of money into predicting hot colors, for obvious reasons. Color really does sell a lot of cars.

I bought a new blue/blue 240D while stationed in Stuttgart, Germany in 1981 (I was a cash-poor major in the Army, and we had a brand-new baby, so it was all I could afford). I did not like the lack of contrast, and immediatly regretted the color choice. My DD over there was a 1970 250 sedan, light blue exterior with a dark blue cloth interior that I really liked, but the 240D's dark blue exterior with a dark blue interior just didn't cut it. When I got to DC, I traded it for a white 1979 300TD wagon with a blue interior. Loved that one. But, hey, if we all liked the same things, think of how boring it would be! Ned

"That’s the color, not sales outlook, paint supplier says in annual forecast"
I think the sales outlook might also be a slight concern too |
