Install Adobe Reader 8(free download), execute it. Then pop in the cd. It should start right up.

Hello

Where did your CD come from that you were waiting for? I have had one on backorder with Performance Products since December. I hope this means MB is producing CD's again and my order will be filled soon.

Those CDs only work on XP or W2k. Not on Vista or Macs. Could that be your problem?

Try downloading the 107 index from this site, copy the program files from the CD to the right folder and you should have no more problems. Makes using the manual much easier.

In the Program folder on the CD click on the file named "matrix6.htm". This brings up the model and year selection allowing you to skip the main menu.

Or under the Program folder on the CD click on the file named "index.htm". This brings up the main menu.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed go to http://www.adobe.com and download and install.

I have Vista and my CDs work fine. I suggest bookmarking matrix6.html, which works for both the 114 and 107 CDs.
