Vacuum Diagram for 78 450 SLC Euro please !!
Hello
I am trying to solve problems with my vacuum lines in my 450 SLC. Here in Brazil we do not have many thecnical specialist in Mercedes earlier models, and when we found any thecnical, they are so many expensive ! Please if you have any information or any idea or any vacuum diagram drawing about 78 450 SL or SLC Euro model, send to me ok ? I will apreciate and will be so happy with this help ! Hola amigo Brasilero. Tell me what vaccum problems are you having to see if I can help? if it is the vacuum door locks I've done a complete overhaul on those; is it engine vacuum lines? By the way how much does a 450slc like yours cost in Brazil (Cruceiros= US dollars)

Thanks for your attention. My 78 450SLC costs is about US$ 8500 - US$ 9000 here in Brazil. Depends if all parts and the car are original ! I would like to have the vaccum lines diagram about Cruise control and the the vaccum lines for fron seat locks I have some problem in my right seat...is always locks..My left seat locks only if the car begin ride.. En Espanol:
El problema de los candados de las puertas se debe a que los diafragmas de caucho que van dentro de las puertas que pueden estar secos y agujerados. Se pueden conseguir aca los diafragmas de repuesto baratos y la instalacion es facil. Acerca de acelerador automatico, yo creo que el problema es el relay del acelerador automatico y no es problema de vacio. In English:The door locks problem is due to the rubber vacuum chambers being dry or with holes thus leaking the vacuum. Replacement rubber vacuums can be sourced here cheap and the replacement is fairly easy. The cruise control problem is not a vacuum problem but rather the cruise control relay switch. Carlos
