Thumbs up 1975 450 sl Hard Starting

Hi All:

I finally resolved this problem.

Back probing the wiring harness from the the E.C.U. connector, i found no resistance to the coolant temperature sensor lead.
The resistance at the sensor was in spec.

Found a break in the wire, re spliced it and the car started immediately on the first try with a cold motor.

THANKS Doc, Steve, and CTH for all your help and support.

A special thanks to Phil at the parts store for his superb help.

Razorman
