Hardtop locks

Hello,
The black plastic collars (see photo) that surround the two locks on my 1972 SL hardtop need renewing. The local MB dealer tells me they are only available as part of the locking device which is big money.
Does anybody know where I can source replacements or make something that will be a good replacement?
